Command E not working

I see this issue listed a couple of times, but the only answered one had to do with web forwarding.

I can't seem to get the command "E" to work either on this page:

http://joncarloftis.com/lectures.html

The only way to get it to work is by using this link:

7435.gridserver.com/includes/ice/ide.html#page=lectures.html

which is going to probably be an issue with my client... too confusing.

Any ideas?
