Adding a site gets stuck at assets

I'm trying to add my first InContext site.

I've created the editable regions.

Uploaded the pages and the includes folder to the root directory.

I've logged into the editing administration panel clicked on add a new site.

I get through the ftp settings page and connected fine but when I am trying to save the Assets page I keep getting this error
