Misleading and amateurish image that I'd like to return

by princeoflove shows an image of a violinist playing violin, but she doesn't hold the violin correctly, because she is a model, not a professional musician. When I used this image for a musician's website, there were many comments in social media of this image not being correct and harming the organization's image. Could Adobe possibly reject this image being in it's library for the reason I give? And, if the Adobe editors agree to this, can I have a refund for this misleading and amateur image?
